Corruption can only be faught with openness

Freedom of speech is the life-blood of democracy. Democracy is not possible without the right to know; the two are unseparable. Voters must have the possibility to judge for themselves how public administration is run and be able to debate this openly and without restrictions. Therefore, democracy also requires freedom of information.

The right to information is an integral part of every democracy.
The right to information must be guaranteed.
This is not the case in the EU today.
